  2. Share order details, photos, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup through our courier partner.
  5. The item must be securely packed before pickup.

Inspection & Verification

Upon receiving the product, our quality team inspects it to verify:

  • No damage, scratches, or use
  • All original accessories and certificates are intact

If the item fails inspection, the return/refund will be rejected.

Refund Timeline
